The Garden In A Box program makes it easy to transform your yard into a beautiful, drought-tolerant oasis helping you to use less water on your landscaping year after year. Each spring and summer, we offer a selection of professionally designed, low-water garden kits tailor-made for Colorado yards.

Allen has been working on his garden since 1997. He has shade, flowers, food, privacy, and great vibes. He will give us a tour of his garden, and hear all about his process while eating light snacks and drinks. Come through the white gate and follow the paths around to the backyard.

Join us on Friday, May 9th, and/or Saturday, May 10th from 10 am-3 pm at the DUG Office and pick up what you need for the growing season.  

Our lovely community members Lauren and Dain are hosting a Gardening 101 Class! Here garden space is a place to learn how to grow your own food, connect with others, trade fruits and veggies with other gardeners, and support you and your loved ones with fresh food.

McKenna is an amazing permaculture gardener who has a lot of knowledge about plants, and planning out your garden. She will be sharing with us the importance of planning, how to plan, and her experience with doing so.
