Follow up June Meeting

Hello Garden Folks,
What an amazing turnout we had at our last meeting—it was such a pleasure to gather with all of you! Here are a few highlights from Martina’s presentation:
Perennials with a Second Bloom: Look for signs of soft new leaves and light growth. Don’t hesitate to give your plant a gentle trim to encourage more flowering.
Drought-Tolerant Plants: Ideal for hard-to-water areas, as demonstrated in Martina’s mostly low-water front yard.
Ground Cover for Weed Control: Ground covers like Hens & Chicks and creeping thyme help reduce the need for mulch and are a great way to elevate your garden space.
Fall Perennial Swap: Martina is planning a dig-your-own-perennials event this fall—a fun opportunity to share plants with fellow members.
See you all next Month July 22nd at Cassandra's House.
